As part of the Ready by 21™ Quality Counts initiative, MCCOY is leading a community-wide collaboration to improve and coordinate programs by directing funding and resources to areas where they are needed most. When organizations add their program to ROY’s database, they also provide information about their organization, who they serve, how they reach them, and the resources they need. MCCOY uses quality-assessments and the ROY data to pinpoint gaps, identify strengths, and examine the level and quality of opportunities available to young people in central Indiana.
