MCCOY understands how important the privacy of organizational information is to our users. Basic profile information is what makes ROY such a powerful tool for promoting organizations, programs, and events, and it is the only information that users outside of MCCOY can access.
We collect information you provide to us when you register as a ROY user and/or when you update your member profile. MCCOY may combine, in a non-identifiable format, the organizational information you provide with information from other users to create aggregate data that does not contain any information that could be used to contact or identify you.
In-depth organizational information that we collect (staffing, capacity, budget, etc.) will be used strictly for the purpose of creating reports and other tools that help MCCOY identify needs and service gaps in the youth program landscape in Central Indiana.
